In Person Sessions

Throughout the session, I will carefully note any restrictions or sensations that arise, providing you with insight and guidance. These observations will be compiled and shared with you via email once your session has come to a close.

Tap into the mystical energy of the Universe to provide you with insights and guidance. Our intuitive card reading process involves pulling cards based on either the specific questions you have shared with us or leaving it open to the endless possibilities the Universe has in store for you.
Once all the cards have been intuitively selected, pictures will be taken of each card and their messages will be written out for you and sent to you via email once your session has come to a close.

Group Classes
This all-levels friendly 60-minute class is held at the Fitness Factory and offers a harmony of strength, balance, and flexibility-focused poses! We begin with a gentle stretch to warm up the body before moving into a flow of standing and ground poses, winding down the class with a soothing savasana.
Wrap up your "first day of the work week" by flowing, releasing, and giving yourself some time just for you!

Monday Flow Yoga
This all-levels 75-minute class is where body and mind meet! Join us as we delve into a unique blend of somatic healing methods, gentle yoga-inspired poses, and the art of conscious breathing.
During this class, you will be guided to connect with your body on a profound level, flowing in alignment with how your body guides you to move, and then noticing sensations and feelings that arise in the movement.
As you are prompted into gentle yoga-based positions, discovering the beauty of exploring free-flowing movement in each shape without self-judgment, you will connect deeper, create space within yourself, and shed energies that no longer serve your highest good.
*This class can bring up deeper emotional and possibly trauma-linked sensations and energy. Please keep this in mind if you have past trauma or PTSD.
