Somatic Flow
This 75-minute class uses a combination of somatic healing methods such as breath and sensation awareness to connect you with your body, along with gentle, flowing body-guided movement, to explore how it feels to give yourself permission to move your body outside of structured movement, foster mind-body connection, and release energies that are no longer aligned with you. Harmonious mind, harmonious body, harmonious energy.
* This class may bring up deep/challenging emotions, thoughts, and trauma.

Monday Flow Yoga
This all-levels friendly 60-minute class is held at the Fitness Factory and offers a harmony of strength, balance, and flexibility-focused poses! We begin with a gentle stretch to warm up the body before moving into a flow of standing and ground poses, winding down the class with a soothing savasana.
Wrap up your "first day of the work week" by flowing, releasing, and giving yourself some time just for you!
Mondays at 6:30-7:30 pm (May and June only)
